A Study in Pink
Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan is otherwise known as the ‘Pink City’. Every building within the walled historic centre is painted a terracotta “pink” colour and there are few exceptions to this uniformly colour scheme. With tome, where once was blooming pink houses now only lies cracked walls and fading paint. In order to maintain this heritage the government has taken steps and hence it is enforced under local law to maintain this colour. Jaipur is vastly rich in monuments and places of cultural significance. This series provides the viewers with an inside look of the Pink City of India.
